complex from roasted malts but smooth from oats with good amount of bitterness

What kind of yeast did you use?

I used wyeast 1450 denny's favorite. I have used it in pale ales/ipa's in the past and turn out terrific. I think next time I will use more galaxy hops or dry hop it because I didn't get too much hop aroma.
