Hi,
My grandma is turning 90 in April and the entire family (about 50 people) is going to our cabin in northern France.
I'd like to brew a beer specially for this occasion.
I was thinking something in the line of a Belgian triple or a Belgian blonde but I don't have a proven recipe and I'd like to avoid experimenting on my family.
So if anyone has a good proven recipe for a refreshing Belgian blonde or triple preferably with some fruity esters please let me know
Btw. Doesnt matter if it's all grain, partial or extract
