This is my favorite beer that I have ever brewed. It's a robust porter/dark IPA. It has all the best of the roasty, malty, bitter, floral, and citrus flavors beer can handle in a smooth package. I've brewed it three times as an extract recipe. The reason it's called Big Trouble is because I had a stopper push through a glass carboy and the spigot on my bottling bucket leaked and I had to sanitize up and reach in.

I'm trying it for the very first time all grain soon:

0.75 lbs White Wheat Malt 2.8%
