Big Fermentation

I recently brewed my first IPA pain in the ass IPA I called it and the name fits nothing but problems the whole way through now I have a huge overflow of yeast coming out of my airlock, I changed my airlock and it started again.
What should I do, and will this afect the outcome of my final product

Probably won't affect your product... and active fermentation is one of the safe- guards against infection. Just be sure not to get careless and stick anything in there that hasn't been sanitized... If your beer comes up close to the top of the carboy (I'm assuming thats what you are using) use a threefoot piece of 1 1/8 inch clear plastic tubing, fit tightly into the carboy, the loose end in a container of sanitizing solution, as your "airlock" The foam and stuff will blow up through there and out of your finsishe product. Use a standard airlock when the action dies down a bit.

I would change the airlock to a blow off tube in case the airlock plugs and the resulting pressure from your fermenting beer blows yeast and beer on your ceiling.

thanks I changed out my airlock 2 times now and fermentation seems to be calming down. This beer will kick ass on top of being a pain in the ass IPA hopefully things will run smoother next run Im thinking IIIPA or maybe oatmeal stout dont know yet, Any good suggestions on a good yeast strain for stout?

WLP 004 Irish Ale I have had great luck with this strain , from Stout's to Porters to Red ales, I think a good Brown Ale would be nice with this strain! Try it.

It was much bigger I could have made at least 1 loaf of bread
