Recently I have been looking at recipes for beer and have found many that I would like to try. Many I have found were brew in a bag recipes. The process for brew in a bag is somewhat similar to an all grain infusion brew. Are there any reasons why I couldn't use a Biab recipe to mash and lauter in a more traditional manner ?
