I have been looking online for a starter kit for 3 gallon BIAB batches, but I can only find them set up for 5 gallons. Does anyone know of a kit that comes with a 5 gallon carboy for primary and a 3 gallon for secondary? Or do I just need to build my own kit?

Just to clarify, I don't mean the starter kit for BIAB that comes with just BIAB specific equipment. I mean like the whole kit; fermenters, bottling bucket, hydrometer, etc.

Just get the 5 gallon kit and skip the secondary, or buy the 3 gallon BetterBottle seperately as well.

Honestly though, the only thing I use from the first kit I bought just over a year ago is the bottling bucket, and that's just to store premixed StarSan

Northern Brewer sells a 3 gallon kit, but it doesn't include any fermenters or a BK. Probably cheaper to assemble one your self.

I think building a starter kit would be easier/better. Or you could just get the 5 gallon kit +3 gal carboy if you want to do secondary. It is kind of overwhelming to think about everything you might need before you have actually brewed.

If you think you might start doing 5 gallon batches just get a 10 gallon kettle right off the bat, it will save you money in the long run.
