BG-14 that's rusty...

I was given a BG-14 burner that is pretty rusty, still looks like it has a lot of life left in it though. I picked up a 20psi regulator kit for it and found that the hole is to large for the 3/8 flange that came with the kit. Do you think I could tap out the hole and find a bigger flange?

It sounds like the orifice is missing. Is the air shutter and spring there too? The orifice keeps the shutter on.

It's missing the spring and shutter, sounds like it's missing the orifice then.
