So I was making a HLT outta a euro sankey today and was looking up some keg info before I started. I wanted to make sure it was over 13 galllons and it is just barely. It will work for my purpose, but in doing so I ran across this tidbit of info-

Keg laws
Main article: Keg registration

In the U.S. as of 2005, there are 21 states and numerous localities that have keg registration laws. The laws vary widely in terms of whom they target, what their intended purpose is, and how strongly they are enforced. Most major breweries now user internally speared kegs.

Scotland requires a dye to be used in drip trays to prevent the resale of beer from the drip tray; many health departments elsewhere still recommend its use.

Really?! That was an issue? People wouldn't notice?

That's always been a rumor about English pubs. Remember that a lot of people out there are not beer aficionados, and if its cold and it has been a long enough work day...

Chucks, more so from the foam pitcher, the bartender was new and couldnt pour a pint without gettin all foam
