My wife and I have made a bunch of Winexpert kits with good to great results. What is your favorite wine ingredient kit and why?

Winexpert Sangovese fired up in Nov.. turned out good, still sitting in 2nd racking. Going to bulk age this baby in April for an Oct. bottling. Kits do exceptional when bulk aging just remember adding S02.

I've got 2 WinExpert kits bulk aging on oak spirals currently (going 6months then will bottle) -- Trinity Triple Varietal Redd Blend & Tempranillo ---- and I just ordered Master Vinter Reserve Malbec.

Sampled the Trinity at 4months......tastes Awesome! Will sample Tempranillo at 4months - near end of April.

Cheers!

Based on recommendations here, I currently have the "Lodi Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon - Winexpert Private Reserve" about ready to bottle. I believe it is the replacement for the Eclipse kit.

The dry red reserves from kits are surprisingly good. The sangria kits are a very good base to add rum and fruit during the summer boating season
