I brewed about 20 years ago, just got back into it and bought a complete used set up that has been sitting for a year or more. It is a 3 pot vertical system with a pump. Not sure what the best way to clean this and get it so I can brew again. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

What kind of fittings, NPT vs TC, welded vs weldless? What kind of valves, are they three piece? I'm guessing no HERMS coil, not common on gravity systems.

Since it is a new to you system, I suggest carefully breaking down each vessel paying close attention to how each one is configured and keeping all parts separated by vessel (particularly if weldless). Soak in hot PBW (~150F). Get some round brushes to clean the fittings on the inside and a toothbrush. Two piece valves don't come apart well in my experience and I would be hesitant to disassemble. You could clean those in place (CIP). If doing that, it helps to open the handle at 45 degrees in addition to fully open while running hot PBW through the system. (A tip from @Bobby_M, cleans behind the ball.)

What type of pump? I'd break the pump head down carefully too. Depending on the pump, you may have a thrust washer, don't lose it.

Any residues not coming off, hit with Barkeepers. It also would be nice to passivate the fiitings after rinsing (hot) the PBW and before reassembly. Provided the parts are all SS?
