Got a decommisioned keg from a local distributor and now im just trying to figure out how i can get the best use out of it on my current set up.

I currently have a 10 gal home depot cooler for my mash tun and a 10 gal alum bk fitted with a false bottom and valve run on one burner. I batch sparge and gravity feed through a plate chiller.

Brew day as follows:
Heat up strike water in kettle and dump into mash tun
Drain first runnings into ferm bucket
Heat up sparge water in kettle and dump into mash tun.
Pour wort back into kettle and start my boil.

I'd turn your current boil kettle into your hot liquor tank, cut the top keg, add a valve, move the false bottom if it works, and turn it into your new boil kettle.

That's what im going for i think. Another burner and building a tiered stand and i should be good. Until i see something cooler.
