Well the best thing about this hobby is the BEER
but the second best thing is it rewards laziness. I have a Brown Ale that is ready for bottling today. I was all set to bottle it, I went out and got the priming sugar, everything was set, but I got distracted (not a difficult thing in my case) and when I got time again I didn't feel like bottling, and I thought "hey, the longer it stays in secondary, the better it gets"
Why can't everything be like that. ie- I don't feel like doing the dishes, but hey let them sit in the sink an extra week and they will be even better.
Oh well just a random thought for the day
