best place with SS fittings.connectos

I just got a hop rocket and want to run it inline dispenser style with my kegs. I am first off challenged when it comes to connecting fittings and also can't find one place with everything I need. I need to go from 1/2" inch NPT to the beer lines that are 3/16" ID I believe, standard line size. There an in/out on the rocket. Something quick disconnect as possible. and when done using it like to connect the lines back up. Any ideas on what I need and where to go are appreciated.

Flared (MFL) Blichmann quick connect fittings with FFL swivel nuts on your beer lines would be the most obvious solution.

Missed the part of wanting a one stop shop, but it looks like homebrewing.org would have you covered:
Two of either these:
