I just bottled my first belgian saison and it smells amazing! Belgians used to be my least favorite style, mainly because I thought the yeast smelled/tasted like ham and pineapple. However, it's starting to grow on me and now it's one of my favorites. I've decided that I'm going to start focusing on Belgian style ales. Anyone know of any good extract kits to brew? I have the Assaazin Belgian Pale Ale kit from NB which I will be brewing in a month or so. Any useful advise on belgian beers?

If you're going to do belgians, I highly recommend getting an O2 injector, if you don't have one already.

Norther Brewer has a great dubbel kit.
