Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 30 days at 65
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days at 65 (dryhopping)
Tasting Notes: Alcohol comes on strong, sweet hops balanced nicely not sure I can call it an IPA but it is definitely beer.

16 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 82.1 %
1 lbs Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 5.1 %
8.0 oz Aromatic Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 2.6%
8.0 oz Biscuit Malt (28.0 SRM) Grain 2.6%
8.0 oz Torrified Wheat (1.7 SRM) Grain 2.6%
1 LB Belgian Candy Sugar Clear (0.5 SRM) 5.1%

1.00 oz Magnum [14.00 %] (90 min) Hops 35.3 IBU
1.00 oz Hallertaur, New Zealand [8.50 %] (90 min) Hops 21.5 IBU
1.00 oz Magnum [14.00 %] (45 min) Hops 35.3 IBU
1.00 oz Hallertaur, New Zealand [8.50 %] (45 min) Hops 21.5 IBU

Mash at 152 for 90mins.

This beer was a collaboration of different recipes found here. It is powerful and needs some time to mellow out but it really does taste fantastic.
