Beginner taking the next step

Brewing out of seal beach, California. I've been obsessed since buying my first kit 8 weeks ago. Took the jump to all grain and adding a second fermentation fridge to brew even more (you need these in so cal to brew - it's too hot here).

I'm also excited to join this forum!
