I have beersmith 2 and would like to introduce a 2.5 gallons setup to my brewing equipment list. I normally do 5 gallons recipe and my boil off, trub loss etc are pretty much spot on. So can I assume that I'll lose half of those values when brewing a 2.5g recipe ? I guess the boil off will be higher since I'll have less liquid (electric brewing here)

Have you just tried it to see what it does? Once you've created the equip profile for your 2.5 gal batch it's a snap to scale your recipe. I haven't tried it, but presumably if you provide your losses, those will factor into scaling. Give it a try and post back.
