Beersmith-Mash Thickness or Sparge Volume

OK, this is probably a dumb question, but I've been using Beersmith for awhile now and can't seem to find a way to change any of the following:

-Mash thickness in qts./lb.
-Amount of sparge water per pound of grain
-Grain absorption constants

Are any of these tweakable in the program? Thanks for the help.

I remember when I tried the Beersmith trial, you can adjust the mash thickness by specifying a new Mash Profile.

Can't help with the others however.
