Take a look at your Maris Otter and see if you have "Add after boil" checked. Your grain bill is off by 10 lbs, so that's where your problem is.
 
I figured it out now that I switched to boil. It put the Maris otter Crisp in the boil instead of mash. I had to switch to the default Maris otter. There must be an issue with the ad on for brand specific grains.
