Beer went from clear to cloudy during fermentation

So I did an all grain 5 gal. Heady Topper clone(this is only my second batch I've brewed) and I might be in a little deep. Fermented for about 6 days in the primary and then racked to the secondary. I dry hopped on day 8 and things looked fine, beer was clear. Did the second dry hop(pellets both times and free range) and it was looking great and smelling even better. I checked it last night a week after the last dry hop, and the previously clear liquid is now cloudy, it still smells great. Am I screwed? I also plan to bottle this so I'd appreciated any insight on how the best way to carbonate.
Thanks for any and all advice.
 
As Biscuits said, embrace the haze! We're all trying to achieve that brewing these NEIPA's. As I understand it's due in large part due to the multiple dry hop additions, including at the tail end of fermentation. I think these styles are easier with kegging, but I guess my advice would be bottle it up quick and make sure they are warm enough so they carb up and you can drink as young as possible.

Here's mine tapped this week, not a Heady clone but an NEIPA.

I give full credit to Braufessor and his tips in this thread. I pretty much followed his guidelines laid out in post #1418 which he links on the first page, with slight modifications based on my inventory and equipment. So I did this:

1.060/1.014
pH 5.45
Ca 95
Cl 115
SO4 65

Yeast 1318

75% 2 row
5% white wheat
7% flaked barley
11% falked oats
2% acid malt

1:1:1 Citra/Azacca/Mosaic at the following:
- flameout
- 30 min hopstand at 150*
- dry hop #1 day 5,
- keg dry hop day #11

tapped day #14
 
As an update: I bottled it up and gave it 2 weeks to cure. It seemed to "fizz up" just fine. There are some floaters when it's poured but that just adds character. The flavor is good; a little too hoppy if that is possible, but all-in-all palatable and drinkable.
