Excuse me for being stupid here, but can someone tell me what type of barbed tail piece goes to the bee line side of the shank. I have seen the websites with and with out the tail piece, but can't find anywhere that describes it. Does the tailpiecs screw into the end of the shank, or is there some sort of pressure fit, like the screw type connectors. I am strongly thinking about changing over to true beer shanks from the soda taps that I have in my system, but everything will have to be ordered on line, so I would like to get a full set in the first try.

That is what I was thinking, but how would the tailpiece stay tight inside the shank, as there would be no way to put the nut on. I have several of those on my system right now, but those are for connecting to and outer thread.

notice there is no nut holding the tailpiece in place. This is the kind of unit that I would like, but this site only ships via UPS, and the boarder crossing fees are more than the whole order.

I am looking at these guys, but they don't have a complete unit, but from what I get from the description, the tailpiece screws into the hole at the end, but they don't carry these.
