Beer recipe guidance

Sooo i want to brew a beer similar to the rubenator (sp) from McMenamins. Basically they combine a raspberry beer with a chocolate stout. I want to do this, but with strawberry instead. I was thinking of a basic strawberry blonde and a chocolate stout and combining them in a glass once all was said and done. Any pointers from people who have done this before?

If you can find the recipe for their raspberry beer let me know as I have never seen the actual recipe. Hmmm....that sounds like an interesting brew.
