Beer Leak Help

Had my Kegerator put away for a few years in the garage and finally broke it out. Problem is I started getting a leak in the line going into the fawcett through the tower. see pic. The brass elbow just inserts into the grey gasket which leads into the fawcett. There are no screws or anything, it just inserts in there. I took it apart, cleaned it, and it still leaked. I adjusted how deep it was inserted into the gasket, and just lucked out and it stopped. Otherwise beer was just coming out and dropping down the tower into the refrigerator part. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Food lube. The gasket may have dried out. You may need to replace.

Is there a specific name for hat type of gasket. Thank you for your response.

The entire piece (the elbow to beer line connector) is called a tail piece. Hard to see from your photo. It looks like it may be integrated with the shank?
