Is having an all stainless steel faucet better than a chrome plated faucet with brass internal levers? The price difference is not all that much but was wondering if all stainless is a far better product? Any ideas on this?

I don't know that a stainless steel faucet is "far better" than the same design using plated chrome over brass. They should work identically. But you'll never have to worry about the chrome flaking, chipping or simply wearing off, nor whether anything is leaching out of the base metal, with a stainless steel faucet...
