Does anyone else think about beer all day long? I wake up for work at 6am and by at least 7am I am thinking about beer.

Not always even drinking it..just.....beer. In all its foamy, hoppy, bitter, sweet, smooth goodness.

I may have a problem.

It gets better after a couple of years. After your family starts telling you to shut up about beer and your wife gives you concerned looks and makes comments about getting help. And just after Concerned And Worried Acquaintances of Homebrewers (CAWAH) stages an intervention.

Things you need to look out for include:

Waking up in the middle of the night with the feeling that your yeast have died and your beer has turned sour. (Not the same as having actual dreams of that happening.)
Walking into light poles because you were preoccupied with surfing HBT on your phone.
Naming your children after brewing ingredients (or equipment) (It's fine for pets).
Becoming "The Man Who Would Rather Brew Beer Than Have Sex."

Hahaha ok thanks. My SO helps out sometimes now, and she puts up with the rambling and beer rants (mostly)..but I can tell she wishes I would shut up lol.

Its not so bad until you get to the point where when you walk aroung the grocery store thinking, oh yea that would go in Spice beer. Or when you see tanks or any other type of vessel and tell your SO " I could use that as a fermenter". Then she reminds you that a 20,000 gallon fuel tank probably wouldnt fit down the hallway.

Yeah, that kind of thing never goes away.
