Hello all
This is going to be my third brew and I'm wanting to play around with the recipe like changing up the hops and maybe the yeast that comes with this kit. I'm wanting to make it a little less "hoppy" / bitter but not sure which hops to use. What hops would you guys recommend using to achieve this.

The kit comes with 2oz of cascade , 1oz Citra and is the dry yeast that comes with this kit a good yeast to use or is there a better option.

My last two brews came out really bitter and im changing up a lot of what I did with the last two.

don't worry about switching up the hops. All you need to do is use 3/4 of the 60 minute addition ( if you are supposed to use 1oz at 60 min, just use .75oz instead). You don't want to cut to much off or you'll end up with an overly sweet, under bittered beer. Don't worry about the yeast either, it's most likely a clean neutral ale yeast and it will be fine. If you must change the yeast though, I would get a similar liquid yeast and learn how to make a starter

If you want a less bitter beer with 2 oz cascade and 1 oz citra and still want a hop presence id try:
1/2 oz cascade at 30min
1/2 oz cascade at 10min
1 oz cascade and 1 oz citra at 0min. Hopstand for a bit before cooling
