I want to put a utility sink with an adjoining / attached work table for washing my equipment and bottling. I would love one of the all stainless units I see around but too much $$.

My plan is to put a faucet with a spray wand on it. Looking for inexpensive but effective and simple. Deep, wide tub/sink is preferred for washing the brew kettle, etc.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and if it's one piece, it can't be too big. Maybe 6'.

The entry to my basement is perpendicular to a wall so anything I bring down there in one piece has to be stood up and then angled into the stairwell and taken down.

i.e. Can't fit a couch but I can fit a love seat down there.

love my sink

Previous owner saved it from remodel and left it in the garage. Garage became my brewery and hooked up the sink. Dual basin cast iron farmhouse sink from the 1930s...

Sorry may not be quite what you are looking for but I couldn't resist chance to share.

I got a two sink with drainboard on the left side SS sink with regular faucet and spayer thing for $100 bucks used off of CG. Keep looking is what I'm saying.
On the left is the sink, burner in the middle and on the right a 6' long SS table I also got off CL with one low shelf underneath. Also $100
I am NOT the type of guy who regularly scores some of the deals I always see people on here getting, so scour CL

I built my basement brewery using a rimless SS deep sink (ebay, under $100), a 6 foot section of white countertop, and some 2x4s.

The sink section is about 28" wide, 2x4s framed under the sink, and some aluminum J trim around the sink/counter edge. The counter section is quick remove, it sits on a ledge and has 2 screws that catch into heavy metal hanger things, and has 2 2x4 legs at the far end which are removable with 4 wing nuts.

These are the best pics I have on hand, but I can provide more details if you think this might work for you.

The sink was a pot shot on the size, and barely works, but barely in this case means it fits every thing I've got. It's about 20x22 and 18 deep. Fit's all my pots - 7 & 8 gal, any carboy, and my Marks Keg washer (original model).

I've seen some great ones done in concrete, one piece, make it to fit, just make your form and mix the concrete. Seal it however you like.

There should be a ton of YouTube videos showing the process.

You might check out the Kitchen Remodelers in your area....amazing what folks rip out and throw away. I got a whole wall of base cabinets and counter tops for 30 bucks to use in my shop. They also had good, old sinks stacked up for cheap.

You might also look at getting a sink you like and building the table/counter to suit...then have a sheet metal shop brake a SS top to glue down on top.

If you have a ReSTORE, which is all stuff people pull from their homes and proceeds help Habitat for Humanity, then I would go there too. I couldn't find anything in the weeks I spent looking and settled with a $60 wash basin. I don't have plumbing in my shed, yet.
