Bars, pubs, Brewpubs and Breweries in New York

Hi, I'm from Argentina, and I've been homebrewing for about 6 months now. I am going to spend 10 days in manhattan (8/9 to 8/19) and was wondering which beer related places to visit. I have already booked a tour at Brooklyn Brewery, but haven't done much more.

So, any place worth visiting that you could think of, would be great. From LHBS to Breweries, and non beer related suggestions are also welcomed.

The list posted above by mj is a good list. Plus it's the city, so you never know what you may find by just going into a random bar/resturant. I've been surprised many times in the city with what places there have on tap.
