Barrels and me

I am nuts about barrel aged beers. To the point that even high quality bourbon has me tasting "beers that could be perfect". Am I alone or nuts? Bourbon barrel beers are my weakness help !

sounds like you need to pick up some oak chips! I have had some great barrel aged beers, but overall, I'm not as sold-out as you seem to be. I still enjoy the more traditional treatments just fine

I'm actually currently oaking a brown ale with bourbon soaked ships.

I went to a friends b-day party Saturday. He had a homebrewed bourbon barrel aged cherry quad. One of the best beer I have ever had.
