smooth mild sweetness and spicy citrus flavor
Grain Build:
14 lbs American Pale Ale (2-Row) 95.32%
0.6875 lbs (11 oz.) Crystal Malt (60L) 4.68%

Process:
Strike Water 4.8 gallons at 165F
Mash 60 minutes at 152F
Fly Sparge 4.5 gallons at 170F
Boil Wort for 60 minutes

Hop Schedule:
1 oz. Chinook (13% AA) at 60 minutes
2 oz. Cascade (7% AA) at 15 minutes
1 oz. Cascade (7% AA) at 5 minutes
1 oz. Citra (11% AA) at 5 minutes

Fermentation and Kegging:
Ferment for 7 Days at 68F
Add 1 oz. Chinook and 1 oz. Citra Dry Hop on Day 7
Ferment for 8 days at 68F
Cold Crash 1 Day at 38F
Keg at 10 PSI for 2 weeks
 
Here is a follow up picture of my fourth batch before I brew this beer again next week. I am going to brew this beer again with the only difference being a yeast starter (1056/1272 haven't decided).
