bagging bulk DME

Bought a 50lb bag. Got 26lbs weighted and sealed using my food saver but WHAT A FREAKING MESS....

Anyone got a good method or process for doing this?

My favorite method is...not using DME very much. Or buying it in 1-lb bags. There's no great way, unfortunately. The stuff absorbs the moisture in the air and makes a huge mess. Just be thankful it's not LME.
