Hello
My name is Mark and I decided to get back into brewing after a 20 year break. Two kids and competing competitively in BBQ competitions side tracked me. I started brewing while I was in school in Ft. Collins during the Fat Tire craze. I have hauled my gear each time we moved with the goal of brewing again one day. My homebrew club (Steel City Brewers) is having a contest so we brewed an all grain ESB for it. I was rusty but had fun. Currently live in Pueblo, CO and work at the university. BBQ is a big part of my life so you may see me competing around contests in Colorado as the Carcass Cookers.
