I normally use this to clean out my carboys and such. Is there anythjinbg wrong with using this to clean kegerator beer lines also.

I use B-Brite too, but not for my kegerator lines. It will clean out any organic material, but it will not get rid of beer stone, which will become your main issue with your faucets and lines. Use BLC to get rid of beer stone.
