I am adding honey to my hefeweizen during secondary fermentation. I wanted to pasteurize it first. What gravity should I dilute it to? I would assume it would be the original gravity of the wert, or a little more. Is this correct?

Hello, are you adding it for flavor? if so you don't need to dilute it very much, just enough to get it to pour in easy after cooling.

No reason to check gravity of honey, just add it.

Cheers :mug:
