Hey all,
As a member of the beekeeping fraternity here in Auckland NZ, I'd like to introduce some of my fellow beekeeping members to another one of my absorbing hobbies: making mead! I think as far as recipes go, it looks like a BOMM would be the best for the total nu-bees of brewing that most of my audience in the next journal release will comprise. Heck, they may even get to enjoy a bottle or 2 in time for Christmas. Any top tips for tweaking the BOMM?

Basically, my question is, and excuse my stupidity, who is Bray, and how can I go about spreading the good news without stepping on anyone's toes? Am I free to go and publish ideas from this site willy nilly, or do I need to ask for express permission? I will be sure to mention the forum in any material I produce for publication, but does that go far enough to protect all the users' rights?

That would be all

Bray is LoveofRose on the site. I don't know about publishing recipes and what-not, send him a PM?

Bray would be me. I'm fine with you publishing an article as long as you send me a copy! If you like, I would be happy to co-author as well.

As far as tweaking the recipe, I could write a book on all the things I've tried (and eventually will). I would be more than happy to share what my friends and family would consider the top five or so.

PM me and I can give you e-mail and such.

Better brewing through science!
