Are there any mushroom farmers out there?

I would take a guess and say a small % of brewers also farm mushrooms as well... no?

It seems to follow suit, as far as dealing with live organisms, their cultivation, and cleanliness. It's also food. For clarification, I'm referring to legal, edible mushrooms - such as button mushrooms that we eat on pizzas.

I've heard that it's very similar (in condition) to cheese making...

Any of you HBT folks have a mushroom growing setup?
