I'm talking about these kinds...

The application would be controlling flow out of a hot liquor tank and out of a lauter tun, so max temp of about 185 F.

Also, at that temp, is regular food-grade vinyl tubing ok, or do I need to buy the stuff that's rated to 285 F or whatever?

I know that I could buy brass ball valves at HD for cheap, but I'm using stoppers to pass the tube through the cooler, and the weight of the brass valves would be undesirable in this system. (They'd hang down and flop around. I hate it when my brass ones hang down and flop around...)
