Would like someone's thoughts on adding apricot to Northern Brewers Dead Ringer IPA in the secondary fermenter. Want an apricot IPA, and they have a killer deal on Dead Ringer right now.
I've added apricots to a stout and a pale ale that came out great. I think an ipa would be a great candidate especially if it has simcoe, amarillo, or palisade hops. Those tend to have apricot flavors for me.
