Apple grinder/press

I'm looking for guidance on building this myself. Any tips/ tricks would be awesome. I have a windfall of apples this year and don't want to pay a thousand bucks for a store bought one. Thanks for your help

I had to search for what you were looking for and actually one of the first links I looked at had a hand made wooden grinder with videos on how he made it and how to use it, pretty impressive.
