Hello all. About 9 months ago I made my first apple cider. I used mixed fresh pressed apples and enough water to fill five gallons and yeast. I forget which yeast I used. Anyways it has been sitting in the carboy to this day. Fairly clear now. I took a reading and it was right at 1.000. I apologize as I never took other gravity readings. Anyways what does this tell me at this point?

Primary fermentation is over. You could rack it to secondary for bulk aging.

You have to decide if you want still or sparkling cider to et more direction.
