Apple cider whimsy

I was allowed to go to the grocery store with nothing at the house getting the yeast treatment.... So after getting odds and ends for living, I found the apple cider was on sale for the fall season. Long story short I now have a 1 gallon trial going of cinnamon apple cider. Has anyone tried this???? BTW, went redneck with it and used Flieshmans yeast (I was bored and the HB store is too far)
