Apple Ale?

Hey guys,

I recently ordered the Austin Home Brew Apple Peeler kit to make with my girlfriend. It says we need 3 gallons of unpasteurized juice/cider to make it. I am looking to buy some from the cider mill here in mid-Michigan, but I'm wondering if there is any other brand I can use that will also work? I've heard Mott's can be used. Any suggestions?

in my mind fresher is always better and you will taste it in your final result, but then you have to make sure it's been pasteurized and that you don't ruin your batch.

I use brand x - otherwise known as any apple juice that is cheap as possible while only having ascorbic acid(vit c) in it. anything will work.
