Hello,

My Apfelwein is still bubbling pretty good after 4 weeks, all the bubbles seem to be escaping from the trub. Is this just CO2 escaping or is it still fermenting after this long?

by the way, its crystal clear!
 
Rocky asked the right question - what is the gravity? That will tell you if it is done or not. Also, larger batches take longer to ferment.
