Looking for thoughts - new to brewing, using corny kegs, but found these online:
Reliance Aqua-Lux Cleanable Water Container - 7 Gallon (Camping & Outdoor Equipment / Reliance Hydration)
Seems kind of close to what a british friend of mine uses, simple plastic barrel with a tap on the bottom, small CO2 cartridge at the top, gravity feed for the most part. I can;t seem to find these barrels here in the US, and the cornys are cheap enough, but these jugs look like they;d be easy to clean, food safe, and I could easily fit a small CO2 intake into the top - pressure is pretty low in my corny, only 15-20 psi max.
Is this crazy? Just a thought...
