I was looking for ingredient pricing using google and found 55lb bag of flaked Maize for less than $10. I’m not sure what the processes are for AG feeds but don’t think it would be unsafe. The same great deals for other grains in AG. Anyone use bulk feed supplies for brewing?

Nope, but if it's feed it may have added ingredients.

I know someone that makes "fuel for his car" with horse feed. The feed contains corn and other grains mixed with molasses.

All I can say about his results is he has a very lucky car!!

I'd read the bag, it should list anything added to it. It is, after all, being fed to animals in our food supply.

I'd personally have no problems using it. It all comes off the same fields. My dad works at an elevator so I use all kinds of "feed" grains from him. Obviously there's no opportunity for anything to be added yet, so just make sure of that with yours.
