I bought a 10-gallon brew kettle, and I would love to be able to add a spigot assembly but don't have the tools/ability. Is there anyone in the Albuquerque area that could help me out with the hole-cutting?

If it's for a weldless fitting, I bought a regular wood hole saw from Lowes (the kind with the pilot bit in the center) I couldn't believe it went through it like butter. I just sprayed a little lube on first.

Check out the local homebrew club, The Dukes Of Ale. Their really great guys and I'm sure someone there could help out. Their website is dukesofale.com
