I live in california and i want to brew a spring seasonal beer to enter in a food competition. Anybody know of any comps. in Cali? i am having trouble finding information but am really interested. Thank you

They don't have the rules and entry forms up for 2011 yet.

Thanks for that! I want to try to enter a few this year, and that'll help me plan some stuff out.

One question though, the big date of the competition is the judging date, correct?
