I"m in the Kentwood area.
I have a wheat porter in the secondary and an american stout in the primary. Thinking of doing a mini BIAB for my next batch. I live in an apartment and do not have much room to do anything beyond that.
 
A small batch BIAB is an excellent way to get into AG brewing when space and size is a factor. I've even done it when it was too cold for outside boiling. And I do it when I want to make some starter wort for canning.

I suggest trying out the new version of beersmith. It had a biab feature and will help you perform the necessary calculations to hit target gravity.
