another noob from Michigan

I received a Brooklyn Brewery 1 gal kit for Christmas and I've got my first batch (Everyday IPA) fermentiing. I do have a few questions that I haven't been able to find answers to but I'll post them in the (hopefully) correct forums.

Welcome! Don't be hesitant to ask any question. Of course we prefer a reasonable search effort, but no question should be left unanswered.

You will probably have best luck using the Google Search from the search Drop-Down, rather than the default search.
