I am wanting a kegador ASAP, as I remeber the bottling stunk. :D

Welcome, Pastie. This is the best homebrewing site on the internet. How long has it been since you brewed? I think it's probably like riding a bicycle - you never forget!

Good to see you returning to homebrewing.

My guess would be 8 years or so. This damn freezer/frigador thing has my mind racing. :fro:

Welcome. I'm like you--starting brewing years ago, then took a 12 year hiatus for some unexplained reason. Started in again recently with all new equipment. I don't think they had wort chillers and auto syphons when I started brewing in the early 90's! It's not quite like riding a bike, though. I made sure to learn (or re-learn) lots of stuff before I jumped in again. There's way more info out there now than there was back then!

I'm still bottling, though. I get my teenage son to help, so the bottling isn't such a pain, and he thinks it's pretty cool.

Good luck! RDWHAHB
